The Industrial Modernization Centre is now moving into a new and sustainable future.
The new IMC vision is shaped by the fundamental re-orientation towards an active involvement of the Egyptian industrial sector and achieving deeper integration into the global economy. Through close coordination with the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), IMC is contributing to both the formulation of industrial policies in addition to being an executing agency for implementation.

The evolving vision is to promote industrial growth and development via novel approaches built on solid partnerships with the private sector to revitalize the parameters of industrial global competitiveness. A unique model of public-private partnership is now in the making.

IMC is now a sustainable industrial development agency, successfully born out of the Industrial Modernization Programmer (IMP) jointly funded by the EU, Egyptian private sector and the government of Egypt.
